I thought I knew what I wanted. Scheduled a visit and arrived to see José waiting outside for us. You’d think a visit at MB would be a little intimidating but it’s absolutely not. Then José threw a curve ball and showed me to my new car. My A220 is super sleek and I love everything about it. This was my initial experience at a MB dealership. After visiting other luxury car dealers in the area, they provided the best service. Jay and Jose were friendly, informative and knew a whole lot about their product. Also luxury brand does not mean we work our butt off to give $$ away to get ripped off. Anyone can do an oil change, no need to be a certified mercedes tech lol, got to be one to find unrecognized or un recommanded serviced not needed. Mercedes congrats on the unethical behavior of all dealership involved. Tech and management does not acknowledge recalls but does acknowledge works not needed. Car brought with pre inspection done and tech found work not needed. Thanks for the quote. Do your homework before you bring it in to the stealership. What a joke. More
