When you buy a new car, you want it to look showroom ready. Our new sprinter was given to us with the top completely dirty. And the inside floor and walls not wiped down as well. My visit to M/B was to have them check on a recall notice that I received from Mercedes and service rep Mike was very helpful & explain the entire situation & even explained that I may or may not have to has that I received from Mercedes and service rep Mike was very helpful & explain the entire situation & even explained that I may or may not have to has a part replaced & as it turned out I didn't and they even ran my car thru the car wash & had me in & out in under a hour - great service experience More
