Colette Conners is the ultimate Service Representative. She is knowledgeable, helpful efficient and the number one reason I continue to come back to SDMB and lease cars I can’t say that about the telephon She is knowledgeable, helpful efficient and the number one reason I continue to come back to SDMB and lease cars I can’t say that about the telephone appointment process. It took me three calls to make an appointment. There was a good 15 minute wait to even talk to someone and then the rep was unhelpful and rude. All 3 telephone people. More
