Trudy was my service advisor. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She kept me updated on everything going on with my car. She answered all my questions. My only complaint is with the car wash. When the work was done on my car, Trudy had it washed. She had to check with them 3 times. They ended up taking an hour and 10 minutes to wash my car. Trudy gets an A+, the car wash gets an F. More
