I brought my vehicle to the dealership to repair the transmission. Alex did a great job in explaining the work to be done and how much the work would cost. The only surprise was that the motor mounts were slightly declining, but he assured me that this would not be classified as a safety concern. He gave me some tips that I could use to help determine when it’s time to replace the mounts. Alex is an outstanding service manager and did everything he promised and answered all of my questions.
