Took 3 call for service man to respond to me &2 days. I approved the work over the phone. Told him do not do the tune up and oil change on my car. He still changed the oil in the car. Because i signed the estimate i was stuck paying for something i told him not tk do on the car at this time. The tune up was also on the form i signed. He did not to that. I have put 4 call into service manager. Starting 4 days ago. We spoke on the phone once we were disconnected as i was going into a dead sone. I have call back 2 x with no response from him. I feel i was taken advantage being an elderly woman.
