The Sprinter service department feels very banished from the Mercedes world. It’s like you want us to be unseen by those who buy your passenger vehicles. There is no clear place to check in as you come thro the Mercedes world. It’s like you want us to be unseen by those who buy your passenger vehicles. There is no clear place to check in as you come through that tiny driveway and then, if there are several vans coming and going it’s unclear where to park because there are so many vans just stacked up all around. I ended up out in Row E the graveyard of cars in need or repair. This is not the fault of the people in the service department. They were wonderful and came out and found me. The dealership needs to do better and make space more comfortable for your Sprinter owners. You would never treat your S-Class owners like this. More
