The repairs clerk was impeccable. I just picked up a 1995 E320 Cabriolet after a 18yr search and decided to head in to order a few extra keys. She was so willing to help and offered to assist me rather than having me sent to the other parts desk. She was able to locate a few cosmetic parts to make my vehicle brand new again and also took notes on a few others that didn't have appropriate labeling. Anyway, I now plan to come back for my other classic of a 1966 250SE as well. Clerks name is Kim Lomaseng if anyone ever has a need as well. Much appreciate your help Kim! Coming to Mercedes was the best decision, I went to every car lot in San Diego even in El Cajon. Which I don’t recommend anyone doing. There service is horrible the customer service is horrible. But when I went back to speak to Tim at Mercedes in San Diego the second time I knew this is where I wanted to get my car at. Everyone is friendly at Mercedes in San Diego, they make you feel welcome and not like they just wanna take your money and you can actually take your time without being pressured. But Tim was definitely the best in the building so I thank you for helping me with my first car. More
