Disappppointed with my recent service. No one called me when my car was ready. I went to pick it up it was not washed, the battery on my key was low, the settings to my car service was not updated. The rental I received was on empty and i didnt realize it until I left and barely made it to the gas station. Incredibly disappointed. People by luxury cars for the service, which we pay for, but what i experienced was absolute joke. I will be adding my sentiments on yelp as well. More

All of my issues from the Mercedes App was addressed and resolved with the exception of one thing that’s still pending, which is the service section still showing past due even after it was reset. Looks like I have to drive down there physically for that to be fixed. Wished it was done whenever I raised that concern. More

When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, technicians were around the garage but no one greeted me and processed to keep talking about weekend plans. My service advisor Martin was somewhat unhelpful during my process. He never returned my calls or text until late and then sent responses like "I don't handle loaners so I don't know how they work" which is okay to not know everything but I feel like I should have been directed to someone that did know instead of leaving my questions unanswered. No one wanted to help take out and install my son's car seat which I was told I would have help with when I first scheduled the appointment. Brianna and the lady handling curtesy vehicles were the only helpful representatives. More

I have purchase and never missed a service on a number of vehicles from MBofSA and my opinion has gone from stellar to non-referring from May to July of 2024. I had Service B performed along with: - The vehicles from MBofSA and my opinion has gone from stellar to non-referring from May to July of 2024. I had Service B performed along with: - The "routine" exorbitant spark plug change (even though I know better on pricing $700 for a spark plug change that is pressed on every customer that enters the service door) - Transmission mounts replaced - A Fuel Injection Service performed - Window track repaired I received the car back smelling of gas strongly. After it became overwhelming, the car went back and the gas tank and fuel pump had has puddled on them. MBofSA claimed a leak, it was obviously residual from the lines that had not been cleaned off after the injection service, but Tyler Jordan reports fuel injection service does not touch the fuel rail. You know what does touch the fuel rail? A spark plug replacement. I was charged $2,700 additional to the several thousand job I had picked up less than a month before. I chalked this up as a sign to now treat the dealership like others since a change in personnel had overwhelmed it in the past year. This was not able to be written off as a one-time thing anymore after my assistant took her CLA 250 in for Service B, was grotesquely visibly stared at by the men in the service bay (Mr. Wright not even trying to hide it). She gets a lot of looks, so no big deal, except for the fact that Service B includes a brake fluid check and correction, but instead she opted for and for some reason was allowed to pay for a brake fluid change $250+ that was already in the Service. Then she left the dealer after disregarding the disgusting staring and her brakes began to make a low rumble. The car went back and the brake pads that were "inspected" as part of the Service B had gone from .7mm, .8mm., .8mm, and .8mm to all the same except one nearly MISSING less than .1mm. MAGIC? For this reason they needed to replace all of the previously stellar pads AND THE ROTORS (it had not been enough time to damage a rotor, let alone pay for an entire brake system on the rear that was ADMITTEDLY "not inspected properly" and "missed by the tech". $1,400 later she got her car back. I will never recommend MBofSA again after sending countless customers there, it has, at least under Tyler Jordan, become a fleecing operation that is too much to swallow when you actually know cars. If I hadn't accompanied my assistant to the appointments, her car would have been reconstructed from the ground up for $92,000. Left surprised, but not surprised because it's just become one of the standard service bays you cannot trust one bit. More
