Javier was very professional and attentive. He explained everything that needed to be done to my car; so he made it very easy to understand. He explained everything that needed to be done to my car; so he made it very easy to understand. More
Absolutely the worst experience ever dealing with a car dealership. Took two months to complete repairs on car with damage to rear bumper and taillight. Finally just had to go get the car. Communication dealership. Took two months to complete repairs on car with damage to rear bumper and taillight. Finally just had to go get the car. Communication is poor if any. I am amazed they are still in business the customer service was so bad. There are other Mercedes Benz certified body shops in San Antonio do your research and go there. Stay away from this body shop. Even if there's no way I can prove discrimination based on race or gender, they absolutely wronged me. They refused to sell me a car, damaged my credit, offered me unfair loan terms, refused to negotiate t on race or gender, they absolutely wronged me. They refused to sell me a car, damaged my credit, offered me unfair loan terms, refused to negotiate to anything reasonable, told me send them a check, and then sold the car without telling me the very same day. Absolutely shady business practices-immoral, and probably illegal. As a result, I was harmed. Here is what happened: After scouring the internet for a car that I wanted to buy, I went to the dealership to make the purchase. I test drove the car and it was amazing and so I sat down with the salesperson to buy the car. We agreed on a price and I told him I was already approved but he wanted to see if he could beat the rate. I know my credit score is over 650 and I was attempting to buy a $22,000 car-well within my price range given I make over 4 times that amount annually. He requested a credit application from me and the finance office ran my credit - causing a hard inquiry 3 times that night. The salesperson eventually came back and said that the banks were closed so they couldn't finish the deal that night. He told me they would call me with loan terms in the morning. Late the next morning, they called me asking for 25% down ($5,000) and an interest rate that was 7 percentage points higher than my pre-approval. I told them absolutely not-my pre-approval was for zero down! I would like to use my own bank to finance the car. The salesperson then told me that I had to contact the bank and get them to send a check directly to the dealership. He said he would send me the purchase order. On the next business day, I received the purchase order and called the . ,next day, my loan officer called me back with loan terms that included 0 down and 6 percentage points lower than the dealers only and final, non-negotiable offer. It wasn't the original rate because they discovered that the dealer was charging me 110% of the car's actual value so they increased my interest rate. Nevertheless, I signed the loan with my bank and the bank sent a check to the dealership overnight. I got insurance on the vehicle and started making my way to the dealership to pick it up. While on my way, I got a call from the salesperson to let me know that they sold the car to someone else the SAME DAY they sent me the purchase order and told me to go take out a loan on that vehicle. By this time, it had been over 72 hours and no one had bothered to let me know. The damages I have incurred are that all those hard pulls on my credit have lowered my credit score making it more difficult for me to access capital for at least the next 30 days. I also cannot take out a loan on another vehicle because I already have a car loan for a car someone else is driving. I had to go to the dealership not once but twice to try to collect the check they had received for the already sold car. Now I need to send it back to the bank, at my own expense. As a direct result of this action, I lost, not only that vehicle, but several others that I was looking at that were ultimately sold to other people. I honestly do not know why the dealer refused to sell me the car. I was prepared to buy it that moment and they sent me away. I suspect perhaps they wanted to sell the car to a friend or family member of a salesperson or someone like that. However, I think it is illegal to offer me absolutely predatory and unfair loan terms or refuse to offer me a loan. I think they must have violated some consumer protection or fairness in lending laws. They never gave me the opportunity to come back and sign the papers or to pay any type of deposit when they saw there was another customer interested in the vehicle. They knew I was credit-worthy and they knew they told me to have the bank send them a check for the car and they sold it anyway. They sold it without telling me. It is so unbelievably disrespectful. Service was not good, it seems that they prioritize commissions over customer service. only needed to have my locks on the tires removed, they told me they could help me right away assuming I would buy commissions over customer service. only needed to have my locks on the tires removed, they told me they could help me right away assuming I would buy the tires from them, when I told them that I already bought the tires elsewhere and just needed the lock removed , they said that the wait time was going to be 3 days, and they couldn’t help me. Responsive easy to work with and kept me updated. I did not purchase the vehicle be cause of unrelated circumstances but would gladly work with them again. I did not purchase the vehicle be cause of unrelated circumstances but would gladly work with them again. More
MBSA, you are an embarrassment to the MB brand. Absolutely horrendous service. Within 2 days of paying $5000 at the MB-certified dealer collision center to replace the front bumper and associated front end parts on my 2018 E-class, I start getting maintenance and error lights I had never before had (turn signals inop, adaptive high beam assist inop, low beams inop, blind spot sensor inop, traction control iBooks, etc.). When I bring my car back the next week to the body shop to have it checked out, the collision center tells me there’s nothing they can do and to go to the service department. When I go to the service department to have the lights checked out they tell me that a critical under-car body panel was never installed from the first repair at the collision center, so therefore the “repairs” for the front bumper were never actually completed. The service department even sends me a picture and explains to me that water penetration into my electronics from this missing panel is the cause of all the lights on my dash. When I call and tell the collision shop about their obvious mistake, they make absolutely no apology and are rude, combative, evasive, and disrespectful. Linda and Jeff are absolutely unprofessional. Never take your vehicle to this dealership I suggest you take it to Bernie or Salma were there honest. I have been lied to having to do with from wiring under my car claiming it had to do that that’s why my take it to Bernie or Salma were there honest. I have been lied to having to do with from wiring under my car claiming it had to do that that’s why my camera failed a week later I receive a recall. Second time they were shady $400 will return back to me says they do not provide the service properly. Third time all they kept trying to do and what it seems like was to get a new engine out of me they put a new filter in front of me claiming that the one that I have prior had metal I have pictures videos and everything. so I took it to another Mercedes it has nothing to do with my old change or the filter in front of me they change the filter and put a new one when I got my car back I got my old filter which somebody put some kind of metal shavings because the oil was empty out and none was found. Mr. Cabazos said he was going to back up his people because they knew what they were doing hopefully he knows that the kind of mechanics he has or service advisors want to make money and try to rip you off by lies More

My wife took the wheel and off we go with a Salesperson in the back seat on her cell phone asking stupid personal questions, which I politely answered but she was so absorbed in the dam phone that she kept asking the same question over and over. On highway 281 in the middle of the traffic the car stalls...dead. We restart the engine and lo and behold the engine light lights up brightly. She had NO clue of any of the features and kept saying oh the car is still actually in 'service'. First of all the vehicle is in poor condition and has many issues and secondly it is uncertified. None of these things were even mentioned. When we got back to the dealership, she could not get rid of us fast enough. She dismissed us as if we were second rate human beings and for that, I will never go back there. More
What a slimy dealership. Ordered a car 4 months ago that is coming in next week. Salesperson, who has been excellent, called me yesterday to tell me that the management has made a decision that I now must pay $5k over sticker if I want the car, despite the fact that when I ordered the car, the agreement was that I would pay MSRP, with no deposit required. At the time I ordered the vehicle, I was given the printed out equipment list showing MSRP with the manager’s initials on it. Higher ups said it doesn’t matter, they now have a new policy. To top it off, she said maybe they could make up the difference by giving me more for my trade. I told her I already had a quote from Carvana, so they would have to beat it by $5k. Of course she wanted to know what the quote was, but I wouldn’t tell her. (At the time I thought it was $17,700, but I got a new bid last night from Carvana for $21,750.) After appraising my vehicle, MB of SA offered me $12,000. Later in the afternoon yesterday, salesperson calls me to say the GM will compromise and let me have the vehicle for $2,500 over MSRP. I said no thanks, it’s a matter of principle. If they’re not going to honor our agreement, I don’t want the car. 4 months wasted and now starting the search process all over. Update: The next day, after a call with the GM and an email to the owner, the GM calls me back to say he’s going to honor our deal because he’s “a man of my word and our dealership has integrity.” I think, ok great, problem solved! However, not 5 minutes later, he calls me back to tell me the owner, Mark Woods, decided to sell it to someone else for $5,000 over MSRP. Ended the phone call with a gross “God Bless you!” Next day I go to Mercedes-Benz of Boerne. They have almost the identical car coming in 1-2 weeks. Gave a $1000 deposit and paid MSRP. It will be a pleasure driving right past MBSA to MBB to get this car serviced and to purchase my new cars in the future. More
