The dealership really has a superior inventory of new and used vehicles. We stated our price target and model preferences and the sales team quickly figured out two vehicles that met our suggested needs. Ma used vehicles. Matthew Cervantes proved himself to be a completely professional salesman. Mr. Cervantes explained that the day we purchased our vehicles was "Day 1" of all-electronic/E sales. Because he had to go back and forth between people in the sales and finance areas, the finalizing of the sale really became a time-consuming chore. After a 20 minute test drive, we remained at the dealership over four hours waiting on finalized numbers and financing. Although we had requested financing through Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union, the dealership used Mercedes Benz Financial Services. Because we now intend to quickly payoff the vehicle, this is almost moot, but we did make the request. We suggest the dealership needs some fixes to the E-sales model. The vehicle we selected had minor damage that the dealership said could be quickly fixed but could not tell us when it could be scheduled. We agreed that the following Tuesday we would bring the car back to the dealership to effect the minor repair, but by 11.30, the dealership could no establish a time/place, so we moved the target to Friday (26 April) in the hope that the dealership would secure the repair service.
