Unfortunately, my latest experience with your service department was extremely unfortunate and disappointing. The service department told me my car was ready and that I could pick up after hours and that department was extremely unfortunate and disappointing. I took an Uber ride to the dealership to get my vehicle and was told that they did not have the keys. I had brought a spare just in case but found out that the car was locked in the garage bay and nobody had access. I had to Uber home and Uber back the next day to obtain my vehicle. The Uber rides cost roughly $60.00 in total. I was told that I would be reimbursed for my Uber rides and sent my receipts via text yesterday. I have received no response and no reply to my text even acknowledging receipt. The communication should be improved and they should follow through on their promises. I wish I could give 0 stars. Although I will say the sales people I encountered were very nice and the person at the front desk was helpful and kind. The gentleman who drove the golf cart around the lot to help me look for my car was also good. The sales/finance managers just sat in the their glass office and did nothing to help. Did not even acknowledge my presence. There was a nice man in sales that was very kind, apologetic and understanding. The service manager told me over the phone that my car wasn't ready even though it was (and I had received a text saying this from Gary in service in the early afternoon) and ultimately hung up without offering resolution. Still a mystery why my car was not parked outside the garage bay. Then I could have used my spare key to drive it home and I would have been significantly less frustrated. More

Their hourly rate must be over $250 which is out of sight. We came in with a low miles Smart Car and gave them a list of things we wanted addressed. They were unable to complete the main thing we wante sight. We came in with a low miles Smart Car and gave them a list of things we wanted addressed. They were unable to complete the main thing we wanted and wanted an additional $263 for a spare key over the $569 we spent last year for a spare key on our previous car. Parts weren’t available. Their recommendations for repair were almost $7000 on a car with only 35k mi. It cost us $600 just to get our car back, an inspection and fix a kinked hose. We have since taken the car to another shop who was able to fabricate a brake line and flush the system for about 1/3 the cost quoted by Mercedes. This experience has assured us to NEVER go back to Mercedes for any reason. More
