We truly value your business and regret any inconvenience we may have caused. I want to clarify that our intention was never to make you feel underserved. The lending partners we work with have various criteria that, unfortunately, did not align with your needs this time. Additionally, I regret any confusion regarding our vehicle hold policy. It seems there was a miscommunication, and for that, I am truly sorry. Regarding our pricing, the vehicle you were interested in was offered at 110% of its trade-in value, which accounts for reconditioning and advertising expenses, as our aim is to sell vehicles at a fair retail price.
