My service advisor Martin was somewhat unhelpful during my process. He never returned my calls or text until late and then sent responses like "I don't handle loaners so I don't know how they work" which is okay to not know everything but I feel like I should have been directed to someone that did know instead of leaving my questions unanswered. No one wanted to help take out and install my son's car seat which I was told I would have help with when I first scheduled the appointment. Brianna and the lady handling curtesy vehicles were the only helpful representatives. More
