Hakeem White was probably the best service advisor I have ever had at a dealership. Excellent communication, informed and nice. As, I was leaving at 5:45 in the evening, he noticed a bent license plate and repaired and placed matching plate holders on my tags. It is amazing how kindness and communication aids in the waiting game. Excellent job! More

We drove in from out-of-town after calling MBSA and speaking with Robert (Bobby) Rios. He was waiting for us at the door and took us immediately to the models we were interested in. After a quick decision, he accompanied us on a very informative test drive, pointing out the many features of the vehicle. Inside, Bobby continued his great customer service as we reviewed the trade-in/purchase deal and left with the vehicle we wanted. We got the best value for our trade-in, plus an excellent purchase price on the vehicle. Also, we optioned for a couple of valuable add-ons during the finance part of the deal, which really enhanced the overall purchase.
