Always great service. I have always traveled north from Springfield to have service and repair work done at MB of Salem. Everyone there always makes me feel comfortable and keeps me well informed on the progress of the work being done. I have dealt with Don Post every other time I've been there and he is always very helpful and knowledgeable. My most recent visit I was first approached by Donavan Rodriguez at check in, I think he is a new hire although it's very hard to tell because he blends right in with the same attitude, knowledge friendliness and helpfulness as everyone else. As long as I own my MB I'll make the trip to Salem when it needs attention. More

We recently bought a 2014 Mercedes E350 from the dealership. One of the many reasons we bought from them was because of Don who has been servicing our 2003 E320 for over 5 years. A friend lost her engagement ring in the back seat when she took it off to put lotion on. We couldn't figure out how to get the back seat up to find the ring. We went to the dealership and explained to Don what happened. He said no problem go in and have a cup of coffee and I will take care of it. 10 mins later he was back with the ring in hand and off we went. Thank you again Don. You were a life saver. More

The bulb was replaced under warranty, and my car was washed and vacuumed by the dealership's detail crew. Bottom line: yes, this was a minor matter, but I received fast, efficient service at an unbeatable price! I used to own a 500SEL back in the day. Owned it for 16 years and had it serviced by this dealership throughout that whole period. Their service was just as good then as it is now. If your Mercedes needs service, give Don Post a call at MB of Salem. He'll look after you. More
