My family of 6 and was stranded in a parking lot after our Sprinter 2500 broke down. I called Mike and he immediately arranged a tow for us and rearranged the shop schedule so we could be seen by the techs upon arrival. David was sympathetic, a great listener and very attentive. The guy will take care of you. I promise. Mike Leblanc - Shop Foreman There's no one more knowledable about Sprinter vans than this guy. Mike not only diagnosed our problem and fixed it within minutes but took the time to explain the problem and how to avoid it in the future. He brought out the damaged part and even provided me with a spare for future use. Mike will give you the straight skinny on your van and is up front about cost and fees. You will not find a better mechanic to work on your sprinter than Mike LeBlanc. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Salem for their service work. They are totally professional and honest.
