My family of 6 and was stranded in a parking lot after our Sprinter 2500 broke down. I called Mike and he immediately arranged a tow for us and rearranged the shop schedule so we could be seen by the techs upon arrival. David was sympathetic, a great listener and very attentive. The guy will take care of you. I promise. Mike Leblanc - Shop Foreman There's no one more knowledable about Sprinter vans than this guy. Mike not only diagnosed our problem and fixed it within minutes but took the time to explain the problem and how to avoid it in the future. He brought out the damaged part and even provided me with a spare for future use. Mike will give you the straight skinny on your van and is up front about cost and fees. You will not find a better mechanic to work on your sprinter than Mike LeBlanc. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of Salem for their service work. They are totally professional and honest. You can trust these guys to make correct choices and honest assessments of your vehicle. More

Good service both in sales and service departments. I have two Mercedes products, a Sprinter Van built out as a "class B" (van conversion) RV and a Metris passenger van, purchased from this dealer. My m I have two Mercedes products, a Sprinter Van built out as a "class B" (van conversion) RV and a Metris passenger van, purchased from this dealer. My most recent experience was with my Sprinter van (a 2010 model) that had troubles with "glow plugs" (a device in the engine that pre-heats the cylinders for starting in colder weather -- this mostly reduces "smoking" from the diesel engine when it is not yet warmed up). The service department was able to quickly read the codes and verify the problem, and then replaced the necessary parts in about 3 hours (appointment was made ahead of time). Since I have to travel nearly 2 hours driving time to reach this dealer, their promptness and attention was well appreciated. (As for my Metris, it's a wonderful van -- every thing the 1969 VW "bus" I once had should have been! I was treated fairly during negotiations -- and the dealership did a good job obtaining a model that closely met my desires in less than a week. -- I could have placed an order for a specific set of requirements "from the factory", but then the wait might have been 2 or 3 months...) The service team looked up my warranty, told me it was covered, and fixed it straight away. You can not get better service than that. These guys have never let me down, there customer service is fantastic and professional. Don't waste your time going any where else. More

Beyond Helpful! After purchasing a car from a dealership across the country, Steve ended up dealing with me and them regarding an attempted delivery. Long story shor After purchasing a car from a dealership across the country, Steve ended up dealing with me and them regarding an attempted delivery. Long story short ... Steve did not have to help me, he wasn't getting a commission or a cut. However, he continued to call me and see how it was going and helped me get this car delivered. Once it arrived, we came in to get an extended warranty. Again, Steve took a considerable amount of time out of his day to introduce us to who we needed to work with, introduce us to the Service team, show us around the dealership, etc. It was just a pleasure dealing with him and he will be our first call next time we want to purchase a vehicle. Mercedes-Benz of Salem Is The Best!! My wife and I were on a trip from Seattle down to California in our Sprinter. Somewhere just after passing through Portland the engine light went on. My wife and I were on a trip from Seattle down to California in our Sprinter. Somewhere just after passing through Portland the engine light went on. We started calling service locations. No one seemed to be able to help us. That is when we decided to call the Salem location. Josh answered the phone and he couldn't have been nicer. He told us if we could get there by 4:00 he could have someone look at it. We knew, based on commute traffic, we wouldn't make it but felt good immediately that Salem was a good choice just talking to Josh. He was so reassuring to us. As we figured, we didn't make it in time. However, even though service was closed, we were greeted warmly by Don Post and everyone else we came in contact with. Don wrote up the paperwork and said someone would look at the issue the moment they opened the next day. Everything about out experience was wonderful. Don explain thoroughly the issue with the van, kept us posted throughout our time there, gave us a loaner car and just couldn't have been nicer. We were overwhelmed with how great we were treated. It was stressful because we had a timeline to be in California and yet, felt relaxed because we knew Don and everyone else had our best interest in mind. That they were going to do their best to get us on the road again. Our Sprinter is not just a van but is a RV conversion done by Roadtrek. This made our experience a bit different because not only did we have the engine light issue, we also had an issue with an add on done by Roadtrek. Mike, dong the service, took the initiative to contact Roadtrek to determine what we needed to do. Because of how wonderful we were treated, we decided to have them order the part and we are having them install it on our drive back to Seattle from California. Not only did it seem like we were the most important customer, but I bet every other customer feels the same way. I watched the interaction between other staff and customers. The interaction is superb. Everyone smiles, everyone seems to know what they are talking about and everyone says hello to you. Bottom line, is everyone is just so nice and helpful. If you are even considering purchasing a car or having service done on your Mercedes, please don't hesitate to choose Mercedes Benz of Salem. The only issue we have is that they can't be where we take our van to be serviced going forwar. The drive is just a bit too far from Seattle 😀. More

I frequently go in and have coffee with him still today. Donovan in the service department is also an incredibly capable and helpful young man, he will go the extra mile for you every time. This dealership actually cares about their customer and will go over and above to make sure you are happy even when it comes at their expense. 5 stars is NOT enough. More
