In spite of a few complexities (two cars traded in, one from an estate), everything was handled professionally, smoothly and relaxed. Cyndy even made sure that we were hooked up with MercedesMe, synced my Android phone AND my wife's iPhone to the car and even helped my wife discover how she can change the E350's displays to Chinese - my wife's native language - to make it easier for her to drive. Then, she shot photos of us and her car so that our family and friends in China could see! We live near Portland, and this experience was well worth driving down to Salem... Because it is considered (by Mercedes Benz) to be a "commercial vehicle", there are only a limited number or "certified" dealerships that can service it. I tried the one other "commercial vehicle" dealer in my area for a "A" service ... and while they did a good job, the overall ambience and general demeanor, while efficient, was also "cold." Not the case at MB of Salem! I genuinely feel welcomed, and they take careful note of my concerns and address all issues clearly and efficiently. This is important, as my home is more than 60 miles from this dealer, and due to logistics, it's generally necessary for me to wait while my vehicle is being serviced. More
