And Eli, I just got off the phone with him, he helped me all set up with the new Mercedes me connect app. He was very polite and professional throughout the call and answered any question I had without hesitation. My wife and I visited Salem MB to look at a GLA 250 model they had just received on a trade-in. Sales person Abel was great to work with and we liked the car. Asked for numbers and he talked to the finance they had just received on a trade-in. Sales person Abel was great to work with and we liked the car. Asked for numbers and he talked to the finance manager (Gentleman with grey ponytail). Mr. Ponytail told him to tell us that car should have been priced $3,000 higher and that they would increase the price of the car in the morning. We asked that since they had quoted our price would they guarantee. He said they would if we bought it now. It was 6pm and they closed at 7pm. We asked is we could sleep on it and let them know in the morning. Mr. Ponytail told Abel to tell us NO. We did not appreciate the strong-arm tactics and left. We went to Wilsonville MB the next day and purchased a GLA 250 and just "love it." Wilsonville MB understands that deals are based on relationships unlike our experience in Salem. Plus Wilsonville has a great barista lady that serves hot drinks (such as espresso), and non-alcoholic beverages, and great snacks. It is the small things folks. More
