Earliest appointment was 3 weeks out. Dropped off vehicle on scheduled date and parts had not been ordered. Repair required RVT sealant which needs 24 hours to cure. Shop only allowed sitting overnight (12-15 hrs) before filling with fluid and test driving. Shop added 11.5 qts oil, requires 12 qts, oil must be checked with engine warm and registered at bottom of add mark. More
