When ever we needed something done on our car the service department and their tech were always quick and honest when it to what are car really needed and what we could hold up on purchasing. I do most my own mechanical work on car but it was nice to have the dealership behind me if I had any troubles. I highly recommend the Salem Mercedes dealership and will continue to use the til I no longer have my Benz which I love More
