Managers did not honor the clearly posted $150 documentary fee which customer does not have to pay by law. We asked several times and showed them their posted sign and they still refused to take o documentary fee which customer does not have to pay by law. There were issues with our new van. Not caused by the dealer. They immediately took ownership of fixing these issues. They gave us a loaner and showed incredible integrity.
