Over all everyone was friendly and helpful shuttle driver was great only problem the computer's were down in Germany could not complete the software update. So now I have to drive all the way back to Salem w was great only problem the computer's were down in Germany could not complete the software update. I test drove the car months before I decided to purchase it, unfortunately I was in a wreck and it led me to buy a new one since my car was totaled. Abel informed me the GLB250 I looked at 2 months prior wa it, unfortunately I was in a wreck and it led me to buy a new one since my car was totaled. Abel informed me the GLB250 I looked at 2 months prior was still available, I told him, yes let’s do it. Abel was very professional and kept me up to date with financing and everything that was needed to purchase my car since I was out of the state at the time. When I got back to Oregon, Abel advised me it was ready for me to come and sign. The car was spotless, and so beautiful, everyone there treated us with respect & provided us with snacks while purchasing our new vehicle. This is my first Mercedes, I’ve always dreamt of having a nice luxury car, I will definitely be back for my 2nd Mercedes. If Abel is still at this dealership I will purchase from him! More
