I am always satisfied with the Mercedes service it's great! I forgot a detailed to mentioned, one of my tail light was out and I kept getting the error on my error display, it was my fault, I forgo great! HOWEVER, I would expect the people in the floor to check the error message before or after the car is received, thus if a customer forget a detailed, it is flag and fix. I was disappointed leaving the service shop And after a couple minutes I noticed the error message my tail lamp is out. Is the error message checked before a car is complete and return to customer? Again, it was my bad for no mentioned that. More

Since I am retired, I handle most of the coordination to get the vehicles serviced. Somehow our names and contact info have really gotten messed up. Her name is Kim, and her contact info is 971-2850221 & kanelson1108@gmail.com. My name is Tom, and my contact info is 503-867-5544 & wtomnelson@gmail.com However, I receive emails addressed to Kim at my email address, and many times she gets called when I am the one coordinating the service. The other concerns the recent service of my 2023 EQB. I received the "A" service. However, the technician must have forgotten to reset the warning. Every day I get a reminder that I am days late in getting the "A" service, and another one that offers to dial the service department to schedule service. I don't know if this can be reset remotely, or if I need to bring it in. These are not big deals, and can easily be fixed. Thanks! Tom Nelson More
