Last week one of my employees wrecked one of the vans on black-ice in eastern Oregon and totaled the vehicle. I called Brian and even though inventory was extremely low, with-in 2-3 hours he located a van for me, set up delivery, and financing and it took only about 20 min from my arrival at the dealership to me driving off with my van. I will definitely buy my next van from Brian and Mercedes Benz of Salem. More

We recently bought a 201 This review is a call out to their service manager, Don Post. When it comes to customer service Don could give a class in it. We recently bought a 2014 Mercedes E350 from the dealership. One of the many reasons we bought from them was because of Don who has been servicing our 2003 E320 for over 5 years. A friend lost her engagement ring in the back seat when she took it off to put lotion on. We couldn't figure out how to get the back seat up to find the ring. We went to the dealership and explained to Don what happened. He said no problem go in and have a cup of coffee and I will take care of it. 10 mins later he was back with the ring in hand and off we went. Thank you again Don. You were a life saver. More

Exceptional Sales Professional! We met Paul a little over a year ago when purchasing pre-owned Volvo for our son. The short of it: The vehicle was and still is excellent! Better ye We met Paul a little over a year ago when purchasing pre-owned Volvo for our son. The short of it: The vehicle was and still is excellent! Better yet, Paul is the ideal car sales person, in our opinion. We have always disliked dealerships where sales people are "hanging over the railings" outside, smoking cigs, and waiting to "hook" the next customer who pulls onto the lot. Paul politely and professionally introduced himself and told us to look around, and he would be near by to answer questions. At no time did we feel pressured to look at, talk about or test drive anything unless WE brought it up. He answered all our questions and clearly knows his stuff. He is sure enough and confident enough in his inventory not to feel the need to "trash" something else that we may have looked at elsewhere. He had exactly what we were looking for the first time. His non-pressuring customer service made us feel that he genuinely wanted to get us into the right vehicle; not just "sell us a car." This is what brought us back for our second purchase: a very nice Acura TL. It happened to be the perfect vehicle for me, however, it was Paul...not the car...that made us return. Had the right vehicle not been there at the time, I would certainly have waited a couple weeks or so for Paul to find one. To our family, the sales process is as important as the car. Along with Paul's great service, I have to say that the financing process was a lot more pleasant with these folks than with other dealerships in the past. The "dance" amounted to what we could handle financially; it was not a long marathon. We have walked away from other dealers in the past out of frustration and getting tired of the game. To Paul AND the folks that helped us at Acura...THANKS! We'll be back when it's time for another car! More
