if I could rate my experience I would rate my experience a "0"! I purchased a GLC 300, we asked to be delivered to were we live which was great! The sales person Tommy said he could not deliver the vehicle a "0"! I purchased a GLC 300, we asked to be delivered to were we live which was great! The sales person Tommy said he could not deliver the vehicle himself cause they were short staffed in which I understand. Tommy mentioned the person knew all about the model I purchased, so I felt ok with this arrangement. When the driver delivered my Mercedes the driver knew very little which was not cool when you spend of $55-k on a vehicle. I have call and left text messages to Tommy with NO RESPONCE !!! Don not purchase a Mercedes from Tommy from Mercedes Benz of Sacramento!!! More

I just signed a second lease with them late October. It took a long time, as expected; despite that, it went relatively smoothly. They took away the existing one and let me drive the new one back home. It took a long time, as expected; despite that, it went relatively smoothly. The car has a lot of rock ding fixes which were poorly done. The salesman told me the spots on the console trim were dirty and would come off with cleaning.
