I have taken my GLC in for service a few times now and each time it has taken two or more days service. Communication could always use some improvement. Service updates are not readily communicated and each time it has taken two or more days service. Communication could always use some improvement. Service updates are not readily communicated and requires asking throughout the day. It would be helpful to know if the service can be completed on the service date or not so one could anticipate a loaner car and organize their day. More
They kept my car for almost 4 full days with no update. I called them multiple times to get an update but nothing.
