I was pleasantly surprised the dealer had the part in stock and could complete the job in one day. I really appreciate the other amenities, The shuttle to/from work is quick and efficient. A very pleasant waiting area including which includes a Starbucks. Also my fixed car was returned to me clean inside and out. More
Engine light review Never had a problem with BM when the engine light came on. I was quite concerned. Drove to the dealership to have it checked only to be told "Make app Never had a problem with BM when the engine light came on. I was quite concerned. Drove to the dealership to have it checked only to be told "Make appointment!" When: almost week later. Also told I could drive the car. I was shocked that I could drive a car with an engine problem! I was told that there were many things that could be wrong, but OK to drive the car. That didn't help my apprehension. When I arrived for my appointment the following week, I did manage to find my way to the lounge where I waited for over 4 hours before begin told it would be ready soon. (I was offered a car but didn't want to spend time back and forth in Sacramento traffic.) The great part is- something simple to fix was done and car was washed. As a new member to the MB family, I didn't know your system. Not very friendly! More
