She did not have that phony fake smile act I am accustomed to receiving when dealing with a car salesperson. I had my guard up expecting the worst but her genuine and positive attitude had me feeling comfortable in no time. She actually listened to what I was saying. I recommend Smart of Sacramento if you are thinking about purchasing a Smart Car. Someday I hope to buy a Mercedes-Benz. If that day comes I will definitely come back and ask for Sara to help me.
