Amazing customer service with Shaun! I worked with Sean Kerwin when I brought my GLK in for an oil change. He was courteous and attentive. Very conscientious on following up regarding whe I worked with Sean Kerwin when I brought my GLK in for an oil change. He was courteous and attentive. He set a great example of how to treat a customer with amazing service and respect by walking them directly to the Mercedes Benz waiting room when I arrived, explaining in detail how long the service would take, made sure the car was vacuumed and washed properly, called promptly when the car was ready, and when I arrived to retrieve the car, he helped me transfer my belongings from the loaner car to my own car, then respectfully opened and closed the car door for myself and my passenger. He had a positive and confident demeanor and I felt comfortable having him handle my service. I would recommend that if you need service, request Sean Kerwin as your representative. He will work hard to make sure your experience is pleasant and take those extra steps to assure great customer satisfaction. More
