The value you receive as an owner is beyond 100 % satisfaction. I was out of warranty in one of my Mercedes, I drove in the service department needing repairs. As always I was treated with respect at arrival. I was given a loaner and sent on my way. To my surprise the 500 dollar estimate was reduced to 100 dollars when the repair should have actually been 1800 or more. I was completely taken care of under a customer satisfaction program that only Mercedes Benz of Sacramento has for their loyal customers.
