Use of text messages was nice, so when asked what work I wanted done from the estimate, I answered back clearly in text which items to do. Thousands of dollars of work. Waited two days for the pickup call. Got there and the major item had not been done. They questioned my approval, I pulled out the text message and showed them. They apologized and did the work, taking another day. (Lots of double work because of this) I was not happy. Why? Because MB stands for the best, details, exact, nothing left to chance. Although not bad, sloppy customer service does not represent your brand. If you want to charge me through the nose, then service the car like the brand you sell. Also, sales manager take note, I walked your car floor and nobody approached me with an upsell. More

Dealer didnt able to find any issues in car Dealer didn't able to fix any issues in car. One of the car keys didn't work couple of times, but works most of time, when I told them to look at it, they said its fine. Auto brake feature always has some issue in Mercedes, when I asked them to look at it, they said its fine, Even I talked to one of the mechanic there, he told me that Mercedes has some problem with Auto brake feature, even same issue he sees in his vehicle. This is the worst dealer for servicing a car. More

Less then 2 years old car with oil leak problems Car was taken for oil leak problem! Was at dealer for 3 days It was taken back in 2 days again for the same issue! They had it for 5 days. Few minutes after pick up - car was taken back again for engine light service and was at dealer for more then 2 weeks! More
