Appt time meaningless, waited 30 mins and finally left. basic service took 24 hours, Service Advisor had no time to speak to me before ir after service. My vehicle was damaged by the dealership back in December on 2021. I held off on filling out a survey to see how they would handle the situation. Upon returning in May of 2022 to have the damaged pieces fixe on 2021. I held off on filling out a survey to see how they would handle the situation. Upon returning in May of 2022 to have the damaged pieces fixed, I figured out that the dealer did not order the correct pieces, performed unauthorized repairs to my vehicle, and damaged the touch screen as well during the new service.
