sold a 2012 E350 certified preowned car In 2015 I bought a 2012 preowned certified E350. From Mercedes of Sacramento, I allowed it to sit in my garage for two years, to keep low miles. In May of 2017, I took it to a Fresno Landrover dealership, for trade for a new Range Rover. That dealer said he wouldn't give me a Nickle for it because the car fax showed it was involved in an accident. keep in mind when I first test drove the car I advised the salesman and test drive with the service manager that the rear end of the car feels sluggish like it's been involved in an accident. I also stated it pulls to the right. They both assured me the car had not been in an accident. At purchase I discovered the rear lower body of the car was damaged. They repaired it and had it for two weeks. In 2017,, The Sac MBz dealership would not pay off my 2012 E350, trade and rolled 8k in my purchase of a 2017 Eclass. The sales manager claimed he did all he could. I wanted to speak to the owner, Jason said he is in charge and the owner has better things to do. I say they should stand by their initial word and should have taken the wrecked car totally off my hands. (Imagine stating to a reputable dealership the car drives like it's been involved in an accident and discover two years later I was actually right. Folks beware, just because a car says certified preowned and they show the fancy videos, of the mechanics thoroughly inspecting the car, doesn't mean squat. Jason the sales manager, is a good guy, but to still be 8 k upside down on the car, rolled into a new loan is a steep lesson. It stopped me from getting a new Range Rover.I am a warden, I say that to express no organization, should stop a legitimate complaint from reaching the real boss. I stopped in Fletcher Jones, Mercedes of Las Vegas, they stated they had the same thing happen to one of their clients and although, the client was upside down. They took the loss and took him completely out of his unknown wrecked sold wrecked car. Initially, I started to take this issue to the local sacramento news channel, but because my family has purchased mercedes from that store , I refrained from doing it. What I do know if the owner looked at the initial service records of all my complaints of the car feeling like it has been in an accident. He would have taken the car totally off my hands. More

Experience was pleasant... as always I took my SLK 350 in for AC service. I will be bringing it back to get that issue taken care of., but it is a big inconvenience. More
Gift giving experience MBZ style In early February, I decided I wanted to gift my daughter a car for her graduation present. I contacted Mr. Kellner on line and we met in the dealers In early February, I decided I wanted to gift my daughter a car for her graduation present. I contacted Mr. Kellner on line and we met in the dealership. He listened to what I wanted covered various options/packages , gave me some examples and showed me some vehicles that might interest my daughter - age wise, lifestyle wise, driving wise, etc. Once I settled on the "one" he listened to my pricing concerns and worked with me to come up with a reasonable price. He was very patient and supportive throughout the process, and understanding of my time line. I wanted it to be a surprise for her in May. He worked with me to make it happen - bow and all!! I will definitely purchase from him in the future. More
