I feel that I was charged quite a bit of money and it seems that the workman ship was errant; I've had all my service of this vehicle with you and this problem should not be happening; the fast repair work caused the installation of panel to cause these problems look forward to your dealership to check and repair at your cost. I traded in my old Mercedes and accidently left my newborn's back seat headrest mirror in the car, but did anyone at Mercedes notice this? No. Not even when they decided to get in the car and send it to a detailer and then immediately put the car up for sale. Where is the high touch, high class service that one expects? On top of that, it took them longer than promised to deliver my purchased vehicle and even then, after they told me they could deliver it to my address, I had to receive a "special" request from the actual manager in order for them to deliver it. Afterwards, it took nearly 2 months to receive any documents from the DMV and they forgot to give me a temporary registration and when I called to ask them about it, they said they could try to reach out to the DMV to expedite it, only for me to go home and see a letter in my mailbox from the dealership with my registration, postmarked 2 days prior to my phone call; they didn't even look in their system to tell me that it was on the way! I purchased my previous Mercedes from Fairfield and would go back there with zero hesitation for my next purchase. Do yourself a favor, skip Van Housen Group's Sacramento Mercedes dealerships and just go to Fairfield to get the world-class service you deserve and expect from the Mercedes brand. By the way, I've never had any issues with the Service dept here, just the sales staff and process. More

To cheap to provide second key and remote I bought a 2009 G37s from them. Nice car. I requested a second key and remote at the time of sale. Dustin our salesman said he was going to talk to the manager about getting one. When we went to finance, I again requested the key and remote when I was signing the Due Bill for anything that was due to me. I signed it and made my point that I did not receive my key . This time the finance manager said thst Dustin would handle it. He never did. Then I called to speak to Brett the sales manager and he said it was there policy of only supplying what remote was given. And that if it was a Mercedes then they would have supplied another one Well I was misled twice with thinking that i was going to get one. Would not refer people to this dealer. When a customer is jerked around by a company then they cannot expect any type of loyalty. A lousy 300.00 cost them many dollars in future sales. Am taking there plate off of my car. Don't want to advertise anything about them More
