Not completely satisfied. When I made the appointment I requested the 80K mile service, ordered seat belts, asked for the air conditioner to be checked and wanted to order a ne When I made the appointment I requested the 80K mile service, ordered seat belts, asked for the air conditioner to be checked and wanted to order a new front service hood. I asked for an estimate, but I was told they could not give me an estimate. When I arrived I noticed the service managers were going out to inspect the cars with the customers; yet my service guy did not go out to look at my Smart car. When my car was returned to me I was told the Front Service Hood was ordered, but I was not given a price. It has been over a month and I still have not heard from anyone on the status of the hood. Expensive service for my little car and I felt that the people coming in with their Mercedes were treated a bit better than I was with my Smart car. More

Air Conditioner/trunk Brand new 2017 C300W and the A/C was bad (~100 miles.) This dealership had our car in the service dept. longer than we did. After several attempts t Brand new 2017 C300W and the A/C was bad (~100 miles.) This dealership had our car in the service dept. longer than we did. After several attempts to pin-point the problem with the air we were told a part had to be ordered from Germany. We were NOT kept informed of the expected arrival or length of time it would take to get our car back. As a matter of fact our service advisor actually told us the part had come in and was being installed 10 days before the part arrived! We finally reached out to Brain Lonchar (sales) and with his input we were able to discover what was happening with our new car. Chris Roth and Jason Bryner were the only people from this dealership that contacted us directly to apologize and assist with expediting the repair. I'm not sure of the breakdown however I don't understand how a car can sit for that long in a service center without question. My only answer is our service advisor did not follow thru. This review is primarily for our service advisor and his supervisor. More
