In and out I recently took my car in for service at MB of Sacramento. I was checked in quickly and although I usually get a loaner car I was told the service wou I recently took my car in for service at MB of Sacramento. I was checked in quickly and although I usually get a loaner car I was told the service would only be an hour to an hour and a half so i decided I'd wait until the service was done. After i paid the cashier I walked out of there one hour and 15 minutes after I first arrived and I walked out to a clean car. Well done. More

How many times does it take to fix the problem? My advisor Effrain was great and very friendly, but my issue is with the quality of repair. I went in for a light vibration after starting the car. I My advisor Effrain was great and very friendly, but my issue is with the quality of repair. I went in for a light vibration after starting the car. I had to go back three time to fix the problem and I did not get a loaner until the third time when I insisted on getting one. Luckily I had a warranty with all these repairs. My warrant company only covered part of the labor on the first visit. Apparently MB charges $180 per hour and the warranty company pays maximum of $120. The second and third time, I insisted on not paying a penny extra and got the repairs done. Total cost: Over $12,000. Part of my issue is what I got charged for the first time: A gallon of water at $3.95 and $11.90 for parts wash! Oh, by the way the vibration is still there, but now when I shift to reverse. More
