We were pleasantly surprised, hapoy with Tim. He was well-informed of the Mercedes brand and its different models. He did not oversell like they do in other car dealerships. No loud pitches, no awkward handshakes. He was straightforward yet helpful in terms of providing the information we needed. He let us know, in a very concise and professional manner, why it was worth investing in a Mercedes. We walked out thinking of its safety features, sleek design, etc instead of just focusing on price. The Finance person (a female) was just as professional, helpful. She did not try to sell to us everything. She guided us on the upgrades she thought were really most important. Overall, it was a pleasant, classy buying ecperience! More

Mercedes-Benz of Sacramento, is #1 in California! We were on our first day of vacation, when the engine check light went on! We pulled into the Mercedes Service Center in Sacramento. We were immediat We were on our first day of vacation, when the engine check light went on! We pulled into the Mercedes Service Center in Sacramento. We were immediately greeted by an empathetic and positive customer service gentleman named Tucker. He got help for us immediately, without an appointment! We had hope that our vacation would not be ruined! Our Sprinter Van was serviced, while we sat in a comfortable lounge with water, air conditioning, and a clean environment. We were updated periodically with information about what was wrong with our Sprinter Van. I was so impressed with their technology to help diagnose the problem. Everyone that we spoke with was pleasant and knowledgeable about our situation and problem. We were told that the service department would continue to work on our Sprinter Van, even after they closed! That alone gave us hope that everything would be okay. We were very fortunate that we were on our way, with our Sprinter fixed, to continue our vacation and make the campsite reservation that night! What could have been a disaster, was solved by the experts! Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding Jon Sutherland, you wanted to make sure we could continue our vacation as planned. We so appreciated everyone we had contact with at Mercedes-Benz Sacramento that day. More

sprinter I gave this place 3 stars. At first the drive up experience was good, but after that it went down hill. Waited almost 6 hrs for the answer as to why I gave this place 3 stars. At first the drive up experience was good, but after that it went down hill. Waited almost 6 hrs for the answer as to why my 3500 sprinter was making a grinding noise. Then it took almost 3 weeks to get the part. Yes it was fixed but every time I called for answers & left voice mail no one called me back. Trying to get a call bk was a pain. Overall I felt that if you didn't have a Mercedes (car) you didn't count more of a second class person. I've spent lots of hours there waiting so this is not only after 2 hrs being there. More
