Jason Harber is always great to work with. Although this was a very costly service, everyone at the dealership (both sales and service) is always friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I’m not thrilled with the call center though, the people there are fine but have no direct knowledge of your situation, so they can’t really help much. One of them put me on hold and never came back on the line. Another one said they would make sure Jason got a message to call me but he never received that message. I don’t know if the call center is fairly new but I wasn't impressed. I understand that it probably helps to ensure the customer actually speaks to a live person instead of an automated system, but if they can’t really help the customer, what’s the point. More
