The lied lied lied I leased a new car, the sales person Brian Lonchar. Brian, talked me into letting Mercedes "wrap" my car to change the color from yellow to Red. The I leased a new car, the sales person Brian Lonchar. Brian, talked me into letting Mercedes "wrap" my car to change the color from yellow to Red. The wrap job was horrible and then Mercedes had to change all the panels from yellow to red and told me how expensive it was to change the color.... It was not my idea to wrap the car it was the sales persons, Brian Lonchar. Brian, lied to me and told me I could increase my allowable monthly miles from 1,000 to 1,500 at anytime. I was in a hurry that day and opted to increase the miles the following day. Turns out, HE LIED and I was going to be forced to pay an additional 25 cents per mile for any miles over 1,000 each month. The sales, management team ( Michael Marquez) failed to uphold the incorrect information that I was promised. I had direct text messages from Brian Lonchar that he sent to me promising that I would have no problem increasing my monthly miles. Bottom line, do not buy or lease a car from Sacramento, Mercedes and unethical sales people and sales management....................... More
