charging customer for un-needed repairs Your repair department tried to perform the wrong repairs. 1st I took my car in for diagnosis of my dash hot and cold panel ($185). 2nd they wanted Your repair department tried to perform the wrong repairs. 1st I took my car in for diagnosis of my dash hot and cold panel ($185). 2nd they wanted to replace the A/C unit for($2400). ,I challenged their findings (Aamco had repaired A/C unit 2 days prior). They agreed to a 2nd diagnosis and found that the blend-door be replaced for ($1300) taking apart dash. I asked the assistant manger to check the blend door from the glove compartment. He ignored my request. They had my car for (5 days). I would've paid ($3900) in repairs. I took my car to Meinke and they diagnosed and repaired my car within (1 hour) for ($150). You need to fire your repair manager,asst manager and shop foreman. You lost a customer for life.... More
Excellent Sales and Superlative Service! I have been going to MB of Sacramento for about three years, and I can not say enough good things about the dealership! I recently leased a 2017 E400 I have been going to MB of Sacramento for about three years, and I can not say enough good things about the dealership! I recently leased a 2017 E400 Wagon, and Johnny and Michael really did a great job of getting me the best deal that they could. Johnny really went above and beyond, during and after the negotiations. He actually drove the car to my home to pick up my trade-in vehicle (I had driven a different car to the dealership than the one I traded in). Two days later, Johnny drove to my home again to personally deliver an accessory for the car. The E400 wagon is my 12th Mercedes, and my 2nd Mercedes from VanHouten. I also have to give a huge shout-out to Michael Gallagher in the Service Department. I have been working with Michael for over three years (I currently have three Mercedes vehicles), and he is, by far, the best Service Advisor I have ever worked with in the twenty years I have been driving Mercedes Benz automobiles. He is beyond amazing! Everything that Michael does epitomizes true customer service. Michael makes what is usually a tolerable necessity at best into a very pleasant experience. He always takes my schedule needs into account, and he always takes the time to explain everything I need to know during the service process, always keeping me up to date with work in progress. His knowledge of cars in general, and Mercedes in particular, is encyclopedic! He is also an all-around great guy to visit and chat with. How often can one say that they actually look forward to going to get their car serviced? I also want to give a big thumbs-up to Sean Kerwin in the Service Department as well. He is a newer member of the Service team and has quickly become an excellent representative of superior customer service! MB of Sacramento should be proud to have such an amazing team. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership!! More

Not capable to fix the window problem and no communications Three windows make noise when rolling down. Problem was reported in July and the car was brought in for diagnosis. After several appointments, the problem still cannot be fixed so far. Also I have had to call the service advisors to follow up for so many times. They were extremely hard to get hold of. They simply just didn't care to call me back even I left a message through their operator with high importance. This is beyond tolerance. The car would be considered as a lemon car. Considering to return it according to the law. More

From the moment I pulled my car into the Service bay I felt like I was the most important customer. Once i was inside the Service area, I enjoyed some coffee and pastries while waiting for my service advisor. Michael my service advisor reviewed my issue, clearly explained the costs and took care of me efficiently. Once the car was finished, I received a follow up call, came and picked up my car and now I am back on the road without issue. Thanks! We had some glitches at first, with our purchase, involving a fairly significant delivery date snafu. But the sales manager, Jason Bryner, has simply gone way "above and beyond" in his determination to make sure we were 100 % satisfied, which we are. We would like to thank both Jason, and our salesman, Johnny Bateman, for making our experience fantastic. We would like to add, the car itself, a 450 GSL, has been stellar. We just love it..
