Jack Manikoth is the best! Jack provided the best customer service ever! He was professional, stayed in touch with me on the status of my vehicle, was responsive, and was reall Jack provided the best customer service ever! He was professional, stayed in touch with me on the status of my vehicle, was responsive, and was really calm and cool under pressure (he was the only MB servide rep on site tending to several customers at the same time on a Saturday). Jack is the reason I gave the MB of Sacramento Service Center five stars, and would be the reason why I would return to this Service Center in the future. More

Can we really trust the dealer? Get a 2nd and 3rd opinion. I have friends and parent that specialize in foreign cars but i go to the dealership for their TRUSTED evaluation and hopefully genuine opinion. I hope these guys don't see a young woman and think we are still uneducated and uninterested in the level of integrity going into the care of our vehicles in 2018. I plan to spend alot of money on my legacy wheels but I've heard horror stories about the dealers. Not that im accussing personally. Im an optimist 😊?. More

Stolen Speaker from my car Took my car in for an extended warranty issue for a fuel issue . They kept the car from Friday thru Wed an whoever the mechanic(s) who worked on my ca Took my car in for an extended warranty issue for a fuel issue . They kept the car from Friday thru Wed an whoever the mechanic(s) who worked on my car got in the trunk of my car and stole my sound system (speaker) its hard to believe they don't have cameras or records of who worked on my car. When we tried to report it another employee in the service area got defensive and rude and started to raise his voice, he was so unprofessional. I will be going back to the El Dorado Service Center since 2007 i have never had an issue. I regret going the MB Sacramento. This unlawful incident occurred 2 months ago. Our Service Manager Patrick was very considerate and professional and apologized on behalf of his unprofessional coworker. More

Returned car for fix and after one week, got car with a reversed dent and marred paint. Waiting to have putty removed and body work done properly. Is this standard operating procedure for this luxury car dealer? Also very difficult to reach by phone, especially on Saturdays. More
