Never buy a used BMW from a Mercedes Dealer Probably the worst buying experience I have ever had. It took 2 months to get license plates. I had to take it back to have the VIN numbers verified Probably the worst buying experience I have ever had. It took 2 months to get license plates. I had to take it back to have the VIN numbers verified, had to take it back again to get it smogged, all of which should have been done before it left their yard. I only got 1 key ($400.00), There are not manuals ($65.00). I traded a Harley Davidson motorcycle in as a trade, Brett said can we have your helmet, your not going to need it. The 2nd time I went back to have the VIN verified, I was ignored and the service writer said you caught me off guard with your BMW. Don't make promises you have no intention of keeping just to make your sale. It's back to Neillo BMW for me!!! More
