It's been over 6 weeks, it's always me who has to call to check in. I would've done the cilajet immediately if I'd known the wheels wee to take this long. Went yesterday to pick up my 2nd key I didn't get at the time of purchase and it's been lost. No one let me know it wasn't there. No one let me know a refund that was promised is delayed due to someone being on vacation. Communication is horrible. More

They were very disrespectful to us and was behaving like we made a big mistake of going to this showroom and bought a pre-owned Mercedes. I felt so disrespected the time I spent there. They wanted so much our time as well. We went there 3 days straight and spent 6 hrs or more in every trip. They made us sit in 1 office and go to talk to their "Senior Manager" not sure if he even exist or was in the showroom, but they kept doing that to us for several times and wasted so much of our time. Bad Bad Bad very bad experience. Never going there again and not referring this to any of my family or friends. In fact, I will stop them going to this showroom and repeat the mistake we did. More

About a year ago I decided to give them another try since I got tired of driving to the Fairfield dealership because their customer service was much better. Returning to Howe Ave., I first dealt with Efrain Vasquez and was very impressed with his personality and friendliness. Since that time I have had my vehicles services there and I purchased a car in May, 2018. All of the staff that I have encountered have been polite, professional, friendly and efficient. I would now highly recommend MB of Sacramento to anyone who owns or is considering buying a MB. More
