I took my car into Sac MBENZ and it sat 2 weeks! When I picked up my car it had a door ding, scraped front air dam, shoe marks on the driver’s door and the tan carpet and a broken MBENZ “STAR’’ on t When I picked up my car it had a door ding, scraped front air dam, shoe marks on the driver’s door and the tan carpet and a broken MBENZ “STAR’’ on the front grill!! I complained and they had me take it in for a redo on the interior as the door speaker cloth and the carpet is NOW 1/2 gray instead of tan! Looks like they use dirty water or dirty cleaning solution to clean my interior! I have left messages to Jeff M and to Chris Roth but no reply! I now WANT to Speak to the actual Owner of the Dealership- George Grinzewitsch Jr!!! Please either call him or forwarded this evaluation to him! He needs to know about his employee service!! We have been taking our certified used car back to the service center for various issues almost since the day we bought it and next to none of the issues have been resolved. The car is 3 years old, has 50 service center for various issues almost since the day we bought it and next to none of the issues have been resolved. The car is 3 years old, has 50k miles (barely out of factory warranty) and we have only owned it for 1.5 years and put about 10k miles on it. Some of the issues include electrical issues requiring the entire dash to be replaced, the front and back camera system malfunctioning (cameras not working) and major unbalanced wear issues with the tires. In the latest issue, I bought a set of 4 brand new tires less than 30 days ago after one tire blew out while I was driving on the freeway. I had to pay for all 4 tires despite the fact that I purchased a wheel and tire protection plan when I purchased the car which obviously wasn’t honored. Now, less than 30 days later, I am getting a low tire pressure message as well as service engine light coming on. I have next to no faith that this particular service center will actually fix any issue I’m having and at this point I’m seriously concerned that they are actually doing more me than good. I live walking distance from this service center and I will now be driving all the way to El Dorado Hills, Rocklin, or Stockton instead which tells you just how frustrating and unforgivable the service has been. I’ve honestly considered selling the car even though my wife loves it because the service is so bad and so unreliable. More
My car is one year old. It took them 5 days to figure out it had a battery problem. Came back two weeks later after we had to tow it for the second time. Another two weeks in the shop fixing so called ‘battery problem’! Very disappointed in car and service. More
