Car went in one way cane back making noises. Steering wheel comes way to far out than what my original part did. Tried to call, left a message and it's been 4 days and no call back. Everyone at this dealership delivered an exceptional experience. I recently purchased my car at lease-end. Victoria Richardson was a joy to work with in setting up my appointment and during my actual vi experience. I recently purchased my car at lease-end. Victoria Richardson was a joy to work with in setting up my appointment and during my actual visit. John Koponen took care of my lease transfer and made sure that every question I asked was answered and that I understood all elements of my extended warranty. On top of that, he gave me some additional MB swag showing me how truly grateful he was for my continued business. He and Victoria together made me feel at home and very well cared for during the transaction. My finance guy, who prepared my paperwork (I think it was Ken Sammut) did a great job too--my paperwork was perfect and he explained each and every step. Overall, I highly recommend this dealership. They have a great staff and I truly enjoy doing business with them. More
