The test drive was great, John showed us the features of the car and even though it was not a Mercedes, he treated us with class and respect. We negotiated for a bit, which is expected and we came to a mutual agreement relatively quickly. After we shook hands on the deal, we worked with Rudy. Rudy was very thorough when it came to the signing of the paperwork and he answered all of our questions. I felt very relaxed and at ease during this usually stressful experience and I have told everybody I know how awesome this dealership was to me. They even gave me a full tank of gas-what what?? I will be back, hopefully for a new Mercedes! More

We have always had a positive experience at this dealership up until the last time we brought up our smart car. We were told that it would be a four hour maintenance to change a fan motor it turned into an eight hour ordeal which when returning to Vallejo from Sacramento we took the car over to a friends house less than 5 miles away this is after driving the car back from Sacramento when we returnOur friends house the check Engine light came on it seems the technician forgot to put a hose clamp back on and drained out all of our coolant the car had to be towed back to Sacramento on their dime which we had to get reimbursed so I was felt like a second-class citizen and we were not exactly like you but we certainly weren’t made to feel that we were important Plus I had to waste two days of my vacation to deal with this situation without an apology ever from anyone in service More
