Navigation System not setup correctly Navigation System couldn’t see the SD card. This is an MB preowned certified car that should have been checked properly but obviously not everything was checked. The Navigation System was reinstalled / fixed but it cost me 5 hours driving back and forth and 4 hours waiting in the service area. Everything was done professionally but I still believe that this experience could have been easily avoided if the car was properly checked during the certification process. So the disappointment is in the experience with the “certification process.” The sales and service that I experienced is what you’d expect from Mercedes-Benz ... excellent. More

Service was terrible I wasn't treated nicely as a customer I was given the wrong keys to the car car shut off several times the seller did not listen to me He also tell me that at my time of down p customer I was given the wrong keys to the car car shut off several times the seller did not listen to me He also tell me that at my time of down payment he would make a rangements to submit the 2nd portion of my payment of which he was not complicit nor did he comply I think the seller Brett just did not care or take time to listen to what I was seeking interest I was a repeat customer I'm not even happy with the vehicle that I have Poor customer service I'd have to give it a negative 0 More
