steering column problem i have a certified warranty on my 350ml and did research before arriving that stated the defective part should be replaced. After speaking with Jack he essentially dismissed my concern! although the problem was fixed that day it has returned a couple of times but corrected on it's own so i did not have to return for another repair. i also have a glk 350 and feel slighted when dealing with Jack. Initially had Jason and felt like I.was pushed thru a system without really listening, which resulted in returns and bad mis communications. I asked for a other rep and Jack has been better. Maintenance Service I took my GLA 250 4matic to have the new license plates installed and requested that the windows be washed.
